Tired of Explaining what you do?

I have people ask me what I do for a living a lot. Can you explain what you do?

When I find myself explaining things, whatever they are, over and over again I feel the need to draw diagrams and write them down. Just saves me a lot of time. Then when someone asks me a question I can just point them to my blog or send them a doc and tell them to review it. They’re brought right up to speed usually and allows me to keep my sanity.
